Before Satin & Slate set up to renovate this commercial office building, it had not been updated for a while and it blended into the landscape of the street.
The color did not help the building stand out or inviting to clients, and that was one of the first things to change.
The break room was designed to be modern and inviting, not only to employees but clients as well.
The planters were chosen to bring nature into the building and soften the clean lines of the design. They also provide color and light in the break room.
The conference rooms and offices were designed with a modern and sleek look in mind.
The lighting was very important to not only illuminate the areas of work but also to add a stylish element to the already elevated style of the building. The furniture needed to be modern, sophisticated and comfortable.
The result of the design is that conference rooms and offices are open, up to date in technology, inviting and comfortable to clients and employees alike.
After the building was updated, the look is modern and up to date.
The two colors used to accomplished the look of the exterior stucco were special order by La Habra Stucco store.
The contrast of the black special order stucco and wood tiles gives the building a much needed sophisticated and elegant look.
The creation of the deck not only added square footage but it also helped the overall modern look of the building.
